SIMPLE PLAN 

 The key details of your financial status​
 

  • Processing of 1 checking account (can include 1 credit/debit card)

  • Provide a monthly Profit & Loss report (income/expense)

  • Email support as needed

  • Monthly phone consultation, if desired

  • Pricing starts at $125

  • Ideal for new businesses

    We also offer a similar plan for individuals that starts at $75

BASIC PLAN

Monthly reconciliation with essential basic financial status details

  • Processing of up to 3 bank accounts (checking and/or credit card accounts only)

  • Provide financial reports to include Profit & Loss (aka Income Statement); will provide Balance Sheet, if desired

  • Receipt Management

  • Monthly consultation

  • Unlimited email support

  • Collaborate with your CPA, if desired

  • Pricing starts at $225 
    per month

PREMIUM PLAN

​Monthly reconciliation with more in depth financial reporting to better aid in growth and stability

  • Processing 3 or more bank accounts (checking and/or credit card accounts only)

  • Manage loans to track principal and interest

  • Provide Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports

  • Provide comparison reports or review reports with suggestions to help improve the health of the business quarterly

  • Monthly consultation

  • Quarterly Comparison Reports, if requested

  • Receipt Management

  • Unlimited email support

  • Collaborate with your CPA, if desired

  • Pricing starts at $375 per month

  • After talking, we will provide you with a proposal for bookkeeping services based upon your specific needs.

  • If you accept our proposal, we will get right to work on your bookkeeping!
